Royal Guards are an elite order of Crusaders and Paladins classes. At a glance, this class has relatively good HP pool and an excellent SP pool, when compared to their class counterpart.

The road to becoming a Royal Guard is a long and arduous one.

Start by finding the Middle-aged Gentleman in the crusader area of Prontera castle and He will tell you about Schmidtz's trace area where you will be tested on more than your fighting ability.

> Pinpoint Attack
Rush against and strike a target's vital spot for a chance to break their armor or inflict a negative effect.It has a chance of either leaving them bleeding or breaking a piece of their equipment, depending on the skill level. Damage increases depending on the player's BaseLv and AGI. For Critical Damage, only the half of total Critical Damage Options will be applied.

> Earth Drive
Slams the ground with your shield to deal Earth property damage to surrounding enemies.
Deals melee physical damge to targets around. Can remove some earth related magics. Can deal damage to enemies in Hiding.
Damage increases based on BaseLv, STR and VIT.

> Overbrand
Spear Weapon Skill.Brand all enemies six cells in front of the caster with a bloody cross and smash them into obstacles for large damage.
Inflicts Melee Physical Damage to all enemies in a set area (7X7). While in Moon Slasher effect, it deals more damage. Damage increases based on BaseLv, STR and DEX.

> Hesperus Lit
Royal Guards under the effect of Banding or Inspiration strike an enemy for large damage.
Deals melee physical damage to 1 target. Damage increases based on BaseLv and VIT, deals more damage when Inspiration is active.
