1. Fixed the inconsistent font size at the top of the mail screen after the last update.
2. Resolved an issue preventing the construction of Alliance Headquarters on adjacent empty tiles.
3. Addressed an issue where some players didn't receive the Biobattery discount in Effortless Progress.
4. Improved Indonesian translations of some event names and fixed Italian translations of some Biocap-related item names and descriptions.
5. Other minor fixes and improvements.
