* Optimizations

* Alliance Throwdown:

- Expanded the milestone rewards from 20 to 30 tiers, doubling the total value.

- Taking on custom tasks no longer costs attempts, and the attempt limit has been removed.

- Abandoned custom tasks can now be attempted again.

- Custom tasks can now be taken alongside other tasks.

- Added daily recommended tasks for extra points.

- Added a Throwdown Pass. Reach max points to unlock the Infinite Chest for extra rewards.

*Infected Fiends

- Refined reward configuration and distribution to better align with seasonal progression.

- Level 6 Infected Fiends will now spawn in Gen 8 and higher States. Defeating Level 4 and above Infected Fiends in these States will now grant extra rewards, including materials for the FA-1 Specter.

* Fixes

- Fixed an issue where multiple player Settlements would appear in the Wilderness after participating in Alliance Duel or Doomsday Open.

- Fixed an issue that caused an error popup during login.

- Fixed an issue that prevented players from spectating matches in the Doomsday Open.

- Fixed an issue where materials for the FA-1 Specter would not appear in the Backpack after being claimed.

- Other minor fixes and improvements.
