State of Survival Update: v1.21.20 Patch Notes!

* New Features
= New Event - Doomsday Express
Navigate the post-apocalyptic world by safely transporting supplies between cities.
= VIP Level Cap Increase
Ascend to greater heights of prestige with higher VIP levels.
*Note: These features will be initially tested in select States.

* Optimizations:
= Energy Conversion Unit Refinement
For bulk refinement, 3 random stats are now drawn from the pool, keeping the one with the highest Power.
For manual refinement, Units with the lowest Power are now automatically selected as materials.
Post-refinement, the Power of new stats is now displayed for easier filtering.

* Fixes
= Fixed an Alliance Throwdown issue where item usage wasn't registering correctly.
= Fixed a bug preventing some players from unlocking the second research slot.
= Resolved a blank milestone screen issue in Alliance Throwdown.
= Various other minor fixes and improvements.
