Ahoy, Pirates! We are scheduled to roll out a version update across all servers starting on October 28th UTC. Here's what ye can experience after the update:

*New Festival Preview: Halloween Spooky Night
In the latest version, we're introducing a new festival event: Halloween Spooky Night.
1. Spooky Night Tasks: Complete a range of themed tasks to earn awesome rewards.
2. Spooky Night Sign-In: Join the sign-in event to earn rewards, including an exclusive event nameplate.
3. More Halloween Fun: Participate in a variety of festive events throughout the festival for more rewards and fun.

* Improvements: Nine Kings Clash
We've made some timing adjustments to Nine Kings Clash.
1. Start Time: Nine Kings Clash will now start one day later.
(For example, if it used to start on Saturday, it will now start on Sunday.)
2. Voting Period: Voting will now last an extra day.
3. Vying Period: Players will now have 8 hours to compete during the vying stage.
4. Event Flow: The vying and display stages will now take place and conclude on the same day, making the event faster-paced.

* Improvements: Black Sail Expedition
1. Blessing: Officials of the Council of Black Sails can now activate blessings, granting bonuses to players from their seas. Different blessings are available depending on the battle outcome, with winners having access to more and better blessings.
2. Application Rules: Once activated, the blessing bonus will apply to all players on the official's server. Note that the blessings have limits on the number of uses and duration, so plan carefully when to activate it.

* Miscellaneous Fixes and Optimizations
1. Flagship Upgrade Improvement: A quick guide button has been added to the cabin screen, allowing you to view the requirements for upgrading your Flagship.
